Cornelius covers just over 12 square miles on the east side of Lake Norman. That includes golf-club neighborhoods like The Peninsula, with about 750 custom homes mostly built in the 1990s, and walkable communities like Jetton Cove next to Jetton Village.
Older custom homes often have quality carpet worth protecting, and our method avoids the high heat of hot-water extraction. Townhomes and rentals need quick turnarounds, and ours dries in hours.
Our system is built around using as little water as possible. A plant-based formula of natural oils and alcohols, created by chemist Randy Rayborn in 1985, is agitated through the carpet so soil releases and lifts away. Carpets are dry in three to seven hours, and because the backing stays dry, stains do not travel back up as it dries.
